Disclaimer (of course): We have a Minimum of 400 surface Feet. As seen above, your surface footage is measured by the Length and Width of your pool. Some pools that are freeform or not rectangle will fall into this measurement. This Estimate is exactly that, an "Estimate Only", and we will require an actual Site Assessment of your pool before sending an "Official Estimate". This is a basic estimate to "refinish/re-marcite" your pool. Please save the PDF. We do not store your quote for security reasons. If you are requesting new tile, please see below.

This Estimate includes: Draining, preparing the old finish, applying a Bond Coat/Bonding Agent for the new Finish and the Initial Chemical Start-Up once the pools is filled. If you do not have a Pool Professional, one can be highly recommended if needed. If your existing Pool Finish is coming off and/or peeling, we will provide an estimate to remove the entire existing finish. We do not "patch" existing pool finishes and we do not partially remove old pool finishes. We cannot guarantee and/or warranty any of your existing tile from chipping and/or falling off (we didn't install it - so we cant warranty it). If you have a doubt as to whether you want to replace your tile, now is the time! You cannot replace your tile after a new finish is installed.

This estimate does not include new main drain covers, new floor jets, wall "Jet Eyeballs", or replacement of Step/Bench/Sun Shelf Marker Tiles or Wall Steps. We have an ancillary package for new drain covers, wall jets and wall steps.

The Finish for this "Quick Estimate" is for PMM Marquis Finish only. You have (7) Finish Colors to choose from. You may also upgrade to WetEdge Quartz and Pebble, or upgrade to PebbleTec Pebble Finishes.

The Tile for the "Quick Estimate" is our Standard Essential 6X6 Waterline Tile. You will have (10) choices for Tile in various colors. You may also upgrade to Glass Tile.

All prices are subject to change, based on your actual pool size and/or upgrades you select. Your Designer will provide all that information to you at the time of the actual site visit. After our Site Visit, please allow up to 3 Days for a Digital Proposal to be emailed to you. Other restrictions may apply, and this offer cannot be combined with other discounts or specials.
